As part of this project in partnership with Mayfield Primary School in Cambridge, England, we are developing some tools for professional development.
- A short film is being co-produced to make visible how school staff work with others to create and sustain an inclusive school community. The film will be accompanied by materials that can be used by other schools.
- Online questionnaire on teachers’ perceptions of their role, practices and environments. The results can be used both for research purposes and within schools for professional development and school improvement. - My Support Network: a reflective log to help individual teachers and school staff to reflect on their practice and the difference they make. This tool has been developed with teachers and can be used for social network analysis in support of change and school improvement.
Tools are developed through a close collaboration between researchers and school partners. This includes workshops for teachers and school staff.
